The ground floor apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a small living room with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Priceless view of the Grand Canal. Prestigious and elegant area, 50 metres from the Church of Santa Maria della Salute and 5 minutes by vaporetto from St. Mark's Square. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We loved our stay in this quaint apartment right on the Grand Canal. We were met at the canal by Gabriele who escorted us to the property. He made sure we were settled in and gave us a map, information about the area and recommendations for local restaurants. We had read reviews that this area was loud at night and we spent five very quiet and peaceful nights here. It was lovely to hear the sound of the water outside early in the morning and see the gondoliers outside our window getting ready for the day. Highly recommend this property!

The location of the apartment was perfect! Not in the tourist part of town so you got a good feel for the local flair. Quiet area. The only negative was that we were right on the canal at a gondola pier where there were busy moments
