This centrally located apt, situated in the Empire Building is the perfect base. Whether it is for a holiday by the sea, or a work trip, the unit lends itself to all your needs. Wi-Fi throughout load-shedding and rechargeable lanterns.
The apt is spacious with great natural light. A well-equipped kitchen, lounge, and sunfilled private balcony with seating and a private entrance on a quiet street where you can usually find parking.
The Empire Building is a secure complex with 24/7 security.
Loadshedding:
-Wi-Fi - 20mbps up and down
-The internet will stay on when there is load shedding
-Rechargeable electric lantern for light when there is load shedding.
Working from the unit:
-There is a desk in the unit and strong WI-FI for those wanting to work.
Parking:
There is no dedicated parking for the apt. There are street bays that are usually open on the street directly in front of the unit.
