About this apartment rental
Stylish 1-bedroom, ground floor flat with access to communal garden from the bedroom. It is a converted flat in a Victorian building. Full of character, recently refurbished to a very high standard in a traditional Victorian style with sanded wooden floors throughout, restored panel doors, cast iron radiators. This unique place has a style all its own.
The space
- Apartment is situated on the ground floor flat with access to the communal garden from the bedroom
- The lounge is classic with storage space, a comfortable sofa, and a plasma TV. The sofa is foldable and can be used as an additional sleeping arrangement.
- There is a beautiful dining space with seats for 2 guests.
- Modern kitchen includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans are supplied.
- Double bedroom is light and airy with storage space, the bed is set with fresh hotel-quality linen.
- The place is nice and warm during the cool months thanks to efficient radiators.
- In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries as well as floor heating for your comfort.
- My apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
Other things to note
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that that ADDITIONAL linen costs £20 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.

Visiting family in Charlton, the location was walkable for even these seniors with multiple mobility issues. Minimal stairs! Side walks accessible, the unit is exactly as pictured and described. Walk to food, shops and dining. Multiple bus routs within blocks. We used a lot of Uber but could have parked on the street most nights. Wonderful experience! Highly recommend!
