Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets of the Pacific Ocean and beautiful Makaha Valley on the raised lanai in a stunning tropical backyard with an outdoor BBQ and hot tub. This vacation home is the ultimate Hawaii getaway!
Bedding Types: 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 bunk bed (full and twin), 2 Twin Air Mattresses
Boasting a generous 1700 sq ft living area with airy high ceilings and exquisite finishings throughout, our newly constructed home is set within a tranquil, 24/7 secured community. Features 4 bedrooms, large living area, full kitchen, 5 TVs with cable channels, AC and ceiling fans in every room and living area.
- Master bedroom on the first floor and 3 bedrooms on the second floor. All four bedrooms have AC and ceiling fans: A master suite with a King bed, two guest rooms with Queen beds, and a fourth bedroom with a bunk bed (full and twin). Two twin air mattresses and sheets are provided for extra sleeping space.
- All bed feature PREMIUM-quality mattresses, memory foam standard pillows, and additional blankets for exceptional comfort. Guests frequently inquire about the brand and model, raving about the restful sleep they enjoyed!
- A spacious living area, also equipped with AC and ceiling fans, including four TVs with YouTube TV cable channels.
- High-speed fiber Internet with up to 400 Mbps download and upload speed, including ethernet in all rooms.
- A fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and complete sets of cooking essentials.
- A high chair, a playard, and kids dinnerware are provided.
- A laundry area in the garage with a washer and dryer.
- Beach essentials such as chairs, towels, and boogie boards.
- A selection of family games stored in the closet for indoor fun.
- Parking for up to 6 vehicles: two in the garage and four on the driveway. Please note, street parking is not allowed.
-We utilize a security camera facing the backyard and a Ring doorbell on the front door of our property solely for safety and liability purposes, with no cameras inside the house, to ensure your peace of mind during your stay. Your privacy and comfort are of utmost importance to us.
- Please respect our quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, to maintain the serenity of our residential community. We do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings.
- Self-check-in is via a smart lock, and we also provide a separate lockbox for emergency access. Guests have access to the entire house and private backyard.
- For guests traveling from out of town, please note that Kapolei, with amenities such as Costco, Target, and shopping malls, is 14 miles away. Honolulu airport (HNL) is 32 miles away. A rental car is recommended for convenient and timely travel. The rush hour is 7-9 am from Waianae to Honolulu and 2:30-6 pm from Honolulu to Waianae.
- A golf course is a short ten-minute walk from our home, located near the guard shack.
Also, the world-famous Makaha beach is merely a three-minute drive away.
*Important Note: Guest understands that a 4% processing fee will be forfeited for any cancellations.

I want to start by saying that we really enjoyed our stay, and the property was very lovely and the view was gorgeous. Our host was very kind and helpful, though at times not as reliable with communication as I would have liked (ie, I would message one afternoon but not hear back until the following afternoon). We had issues with a couple of the AC units, which they tried to remedy, but my kids’ room smelled from the AC unit for the entirety of the visit, which my daughter struggled with. We bought new pans and baking sheet for the kitchen, because the ones provided were either too small or overused and the coating was scratched and chipping. The washing machine for the laundry left all the towels and clothes smelling strong of mold/mildew, even though we did a sanitize cycle and got the clothes out as soon as they were done washing. This was very unpleasant for all of us. The good news is that once we got home and washed everything in our own washer, that smell came out. The carpets need to be cleaned or changed as well, but if your family wears shoes in the house, you probably won’t be bothered by this. The beds and couches were comfortable enough, but could’ve been more supportive. For a property that charges over 1000 per night on average, I had expected better and was a bit disappointed. At this price point, a single night could pay for news pans, a new washing machine, and proper maintenance on the AC units. It was otherwise what we needed and backyard was beautiful.

Great stay, owner was friendly and very helpful. The only negative was it was a bit of a drove to most tourist locations. But, that also made it nice to have some quiet beaches almost to ourselves! Overall would definitely stay again. Gated community was nice and secure.

My family, which included 7 adults and my 5- year old grandson enjoyed the house for 9 days. The house was perfect for us! We especially enjoyed the backyard patio furniture and hot tub! The check in was seemless and information was clear. We had no issues, and would recommend this property to others!
