Absolutely perfect location on the bank of the South Fork of New River! Stocked with trout (license required), perfect for listening to the flowing water, hunting for crayfish, and swimming in our deep hole. Covered porch and fire pit to accentuate the experience of this picture perfect setting.
Literally five minutes from downtown Blowing Rock and Boone. Minutes from hiking, biking, golf, zip lining, Tweetsie Railroad, skiing, restaurants, and many other activities!

Beautiful home! This was a great find for us- we all really enjoyed this gorgeous home along the river. It had plenty of space, everything we needed to cook and enjoy evenings at home, and we all slept great during our stay! The owners left a book with all sorts of instructions for the house plus lots of tips and recommendations for the area- this was above & beyond, not to mention really helpful. We spent our days shopping in Blowing Rock, hiking Grandfather Mountain, and checking out Boone. Our evenings were spent outside listening to the river and roasting marshmallows. This was exactly what we needed and we hope to be back!

This was the perfect holiday getaway for our family. Check in was very easy and the house was very clean upon arrival. Layout of the house is perfect for families as there are 2 living areas on each floor. Large dining table for meals and games. There were a variety of games available to play. Hot tub is a few steps from the porch overlooking the river. Beds were comfortable. Great central location between Boone and Blowing Rock. Hosts were very responsive when needed. We would definitely stay again.
