About this cabin rental

Completely renovated in 2021 with back deck added. This is a delightful 5 bedroom cabin, centrally located with a 10 minute drive to Boone, Blowing Rock, Appalachian Ski Mountain and Tweetsie. Enjoy the cozy comfort of this true log cabin with hot tub, back deck and fire pit amenities.

The cabin is lovely. Ginger was very kind and responsive. Things you should know before staying here: there’s no bathroom on the main floor except for the primary en-suite; the road into the neighborhood is very narrow (one way for a portion of it) and a bit intimidating, especially after dark; using the TV requires some effort; and the space is comfy and well appointed. While we were there, the hot tub didn’t actually get hot, just sort of luck warm.

Beds were comfortable and amazing to sleep on. Enjoyed the fire place in the living room and fire pit on the porch. Perfect location for Tweetsie Railroad as we could hear the train during our stay.The only that we didn't like was the lack of remotes to use for the televisions. The fisr remote app i downloaded said it wouldn't charge me and did. The one i finally got working had constant adds. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!
