Sea~a~Bella - Your perfect Chatham family vacation is here. You will find three beautiful, scenic beaches within walking distance providing the perfect summer Chatham day. Minutes away from restaurants, shopping and Cape Cod Baseball, there is something for everyone in the family.
This modern home with plenty of space will ensure a wonderful stay. The backyard has plenty of room for games in addition to a new Outdoor kitchen and natural gas fire pit to relax comfortably on those cooler nights.
The space
This newly renovated and inviting home in quintessential Chatham is perfect for your next family vacation.
You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from either the front or the back yard on comfortable Adirondack chairs, surrounded by music from the Sonos speaker system. The outdoor area also has a brand-new kitchen and natural gas firepit to complete this backyard retreat, inclusive of atmosphere lighting and lush landscaping.
Once inside, you will find an open concept coastal space, with a newly renovated kitchen and thoughtfully designed living space.
The elegant ensuite primary bedroom, has a king size bed, a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and a Smart TV. Adjacent to the primary bedroom, you'll find another room with a twin bed and desk perfect for additional guests and privacy for work, if needed.
The family room houses a large screen smart TV with plenty of comfortable seating for all. The spacious sofa bed provides extra sleeping space.
On the second level, there are two more bedrooms. A queen bedroom and a room with three twin beds, all recently renovated, along with an ample size full bath.
You will also find an outside shower perfect for after a day at the beach. To ensure the most comfortable outdoor experience we have also sprayed the entire property for mosquitoes and ticks.

The home was as beautiful as the photos . Despite all of the complete and lovely furnishings and decorations, everything was dusted and spotlessly clean. Based on our past experiences of home rentals, my family all said that one would not even know that this house was a rental property, and we were there at the end of the season! It was that outstanding. Looking forward to returning again next year

We had a wonderful week in Chatham and truly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful SeaABella! The home has everything you need from a fully equipped kitchen to beach and pond gear to a lovely backyard that invites you to sit and relax. The updates to the home were beautifully done. The decor is upscale and perfect! And, most of all, the home is exceptionally clean. It was the perfect place for our family of three teens and a dog. The house is also centrally located with the fishing pier, Main Street, beaches, ponds and restaurants all close by! The owners are very responsive and thoughtful. The home is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again. And, highly recommend!
