Enjoy the serenity of Lover's Lake at this waterfront property and one of Chatham's tucked away gems. With waterfront views from almost every room in the house it's impossible to not immerse yourself inside and out in the beautiful nature that surrounds you at this home. With quick, private access to Lover's Lake it makes it easy for everyone to enjoy swimming, kayaking and sunbathing right at the tip of your fingers. No beach lines or dragging all your beach gear long distances with this kind of access to water right in front you.
On the first floor of the home you are able to enjoy a spacious waterview livingroom, a dining room and fully equipped kitchen for entertaining your whole vacationing group. There are two large sliding doors to access the large deck off the living room. The large deck offers seating and a small table so you can enjoy lunch and sunset with a view. There is another small private deck off the dining room on the first floor that also has a large sliding door again opening up to 180 degree views of the lake. All the decks have twinkle lights that surround it's perimeter making the outdoor living experience at night extra magical.
The first floor includes the primary King bedroom with a sitting area, TV, private deck access with seating for two, cathedral ceilings and a half bathroom ensuite. The 2nd first floor bedroom has expansive views of the lake, desk for work, and a twin trundle bed. The second floor has two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, desks for remote work and are lake-facing, each with their own deck access. One queen bedroom is also equipped with a TV.
Outside in the backyard you will find multiple level patios all lake-facing. The main patio has a large dining table, seating, firepit and grill for optimal outdoor living. The center of Chatham is only 1.5 miles away and is a quick drive into town for dining, additional entertainment and a quaint little main street full of quintessential Cape Cod shops.
Newly finished basement with lounge area by the fireplace, an entertainment center with a 50inch TV, sectional seating and table tennis. A workout room with eliptical, treadmill and weight machine is available for your use. Laundry and an additional half bath complete this level. Direct access to the lower patio, lake and outdoor shower!

We enjoyed our visit. The house is nice and very clean. The house is locally centered in Chatham, We liked the outdoor decks and the views. We would stay there again.

We had an all too quick week at this wonderfully appointed Chatham home. Very airy and comfortable—with lots of amenities (especially loved the ping pong table and the Miles Davis album!). Realty company was very responsive and resolved the few issues that rose up (i.e., supplying a missing paddle board). The street was a bit busy, especially for exiting the blind driveway—which also made biking a small challenge at first. Lake access is limited to a small strip large enough to pull the canoe in and out of—and the water entry point is a bit mucky. That said once you’re out on the lake it is pristine and perfect for swimming, boating and relaxing. All in all, we highly enjoyed our stay at this well maintained home.

Beautiful home! We absolutely loved the fact that you could see the lake from every window and level in the home. It was spacious and comfortable and had lots of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. We also enjoyed the 2 kayaks on the lake - very peaceful getaway. The location was perfect for going into Chatham to shop and have dinner plus close to several beaches. We highly recommend the home!

The house is very lovely, modern and clean and very spacious. The location is ideal, on a private lake with its own lake access, but also downtown Chatham is only a mile away. My only negative comments are minor. Having to bring all our own sheets and towels was inconvenient, particularly as you can go through a lot of towels living on a lake and by the beach. Actually the washer and dryer both broke during out stay with only normal use, but were not able to be repaired for several days and until after we left, which was inconvenient.
It would also be nice if the house was equipped with some more basic supplies. There are 3 bathrooms but only 2 rolls of toilet paper when we arrived. There were also no kitchen towels, paper towels, no tissues, and no garbage bags. You really need to bring everything yourself. Finally, the owners ask you to clean the house before you leave, including washing all the dishes and emptying the dishwasher. But the checkout time on Saturday is 10 AM, which really does not give you enough time to both clean and move out a family. We got up at 7 and were still racing around to get out in time. But in the end, these are minor inconveniences. Its a great property and we would definitely consider renting the house again.
