Modern vacation rental on the Baltic Sea at Haus Leuchtfeuer

Our beautiful and modern apartment is located in Rostock, in the Diedrichshagen neighborhood, in a building constructed in 2008. It features a fully equipped kitchen-dining area with a sleeper sofa, a dining table, and access to the balcony, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is heated by a central heating system with underfloor heating. There is an underground parking space in the basement. Diedrichshagen has excellent public transportation connections. The sea is about a 10-minute walk away. The apartment features a bedroom with a box-spring bed; a travel crib for children can be set up upon request. A wardrobe is also located in this room. The bathroom includes a toilet, a shower, and a washing machine. In the living room, a comfortable couch and a large armchair invite you to relax. In front of the large window overlooking the garden and the park beyond stands the dining table, which seats four people plus a high chair.

The accommodations are available year-round, and underfloor heating provides cozy warmth on cold days. In the seaside resort of Diedrichshagen, restaurants, a general practitioner, and a café/bakery are within walking distance of the accommodation.

In Diedrichshagen, discover the Stoltera, a designated nature reserve that has been made accessible to tourists via a coastal hiking trail and two nature trails. The Baltic Sea Coast Cycle Route also runs through the Stoltera. It stretches for approximately 3 km along the Baltic Sea coast. A walk along the coast to the Wilhelmshöhe lookout point is particularly popular with vacationers, who can stop there for a coffee and enjoy the magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. Here, the diverse surroundings invite you to go swimming and take excursions, either on foot or by bike.

Diedrichshagen is located about 11 km from the Hanseatic city of Rostock. The town borders Warnemünde, the district of Lichtenhagen, and the municipality of Elmenhorst/Lichtenhagen. In Diedrichshagen itself, there are bus stops operated by Rostocker Straßenbahn AG, which provide convenient access to the districts of Warnemünde and Lichtenhagen, as well as the S-Bahn stations Warnemünde-Werft and Lichtenhagen—all with good connections to downtown Rostock. Rostock’s Old Town and the harbor, in particular, are must-see destinations during your stay. The Rostock Zoo is also always worth a visit.

Diedrichshagen is connected to Rostock-Warnemünde via the L 12 to the northeast and, from there, via the Rostock city highway B 103 toward downtown Rostock and the A 20.
