Villa Sandy Cove Patio is a unique 3-bedroom beachfront villa offering direct access to the powdery white sands of Cala Sassari beach. Situated on an exclusive promontory in Punta Pedrosa, the villa is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation and overlooks the entire turquoise bay.
Located just 7 km (4.3 miles) from Golfo Aranci, this oasis is a convenient 20-minute drive from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport (OLB) and the ferry terminal, ensuring a seamless arrival.
The Ultimate Outdoor Living Experience
The crown jewel of the estate is its spectacular 90 sqm (~1,000 sq ft) beachfront patio, located just steps from the shoreline. Partially covered by a pergola and protected from the mistral by a partition wall with a twin villa, the seafront patio is accessible from both the living area and the master bedroom and flows seamlessly into the large 650-square-meter (~7,000 sq ft) garden, overlooking a second patio with a barbecue.
The patio features:
* A dining table for up to 12 guests (perfect for al fresco dinners)
