About this villa rental
A traditional-style, independent villa just 100m from the beautiful Baia Caddinas beach, this house, which sleeps 7 people, is an ideal holiday base for family or friends.
The villa is built on a hillside and split over 2 floors. The main living space/dining area is on the first floor but has access to the garden via a glass door. Large French windows on the other side of the room open onto a shaded balcony with a sofa, armchairs and stunning sea views.
The open-plan living space is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen is fully-equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Moka coffee machine and fridge/freezer. Downstairs there is a second dining room with another sofa.
Sleeping
Bedroom 1: This airy bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: This second bedroom, on the ground floor, also has a double bed, a wardrobe and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: An airy, first-floor, bedroom with 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a glass door leading out onto a balcony.
Extra: There is a single bed in the living room on the ground floor.
Bathrooms
Two of the bathrooms are en suite and equipped with a shower, basin, bidet and WC. The third is independent and also has a shower, basin, bidet and WC.
Extra: There is an outdoor shower, which is great after a day on the beach.

The villa is an easy 100m walk from Baia Caddinas beach, with its pristine white sands and clear sea. It is an exclusive residential tourist area, which is quiet, but also close to the centre of the town of Golfo Aranci. The property offers guests all the amenities of this charming resort, from the weekly market (Monday) in the town centre, to supermarkets and great restaurants.
The island of Tavolara is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king.
Olbia airport is just a 25-minute drive.
