Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house is well maintained and was clean and ready for our visit. The bedrooms are a good size which is especially nice for the bunk bed room and multiple kids. The deck in the back was great to relax and grill.

Housing: Very impressed when coming in. House was open and clean. We enjoyed the deck space out in the back along with the spacious inside. Kitchen was fully stocked and we could cook what we needes. Grocery store was close to the location.
Surrounding area: really fun. My son was old enough where he could go to the park and we could watch him from the window. Beach was a short walk away with public access.
Overall a wonderful stay. We fit with 3 adults and 3 kids comfortably. We would stay again!

Easy walking access to the beach, short drive from shops and other beach access locations.
Home was very well organized, if a little dated, ideal for family vacation and good value for the price.
