Really great place. Just know that this is the downstairs of a two unit house. Footsteps from upstairs guest will be heard. Otherwise a great place and location.

Please be aware when renting that this home it is only rented top and bottom. I was surprised that I had only rented the bottom. It was totally my fault though because I didn’t read the fine print. The bottom floor of the home was clean, and equipped with what you need … no nice little extras that many rentals leave for you ..Be aware also that it was difficult to lock the codedfront door . They sent us a clip to watch after trying to lock the door for several minutes. Also WiFi info posted is wrong inside the home . We had to look Inside the book provided for the correct password. Overall house is very clean and beds are comfy . Only the front living room TV works correctly.. Beach access is right across the street which makes it very nice..

When you rent September the whistle take the risk that the property will be a little worse fo ware at the end of the season. This property was in excellent shape. The kitchen equipment and other amenities were obviously carefully checked because we had everything we needed and more, even beach, chair, and umbrella and boogie boards. There was a problem with the toaster and Vacase brought a new one within a couple of hours. Chin and out were very easy and the people kind and competent. I will definitely rent from them again.
