Within three blocks, you can walk to a variety of restaurants, beach shops, and bars. The local grocery store is also just a short walk away. You can hop in the car and drive less than two and a half miles to the local marine to rent jet skis, paddleboards, boat tours and more.

The house was nice, clean and super close to the beach! We enjoyed the space is the home, lots of space to spread out and beds were comfy for sleeping!

The house itself was great. It was spacious with an open layout and a great deck in a perfect location for us. It could have been cleaner (dust bunnies, blood stain on mattress pad that we didn’t see until we removed the sheets at the end of our stay). The nonstick pans were scratched, but if you don’t want to cook, it was fine. The communication with the management company was poor. Since we were arriving late at night, I tried to get in contact with them beforehand to make sure there wouldn’t be an issue at 11:00pm the night of arrival. They told me I would pick up the keys at the Vacasa office when I checked in. It didn’t make sense for them to leave keys unattended in the office mailbox, so I inquired again to ask if I needed a lock box code or something. I was told again that the keys would be in the box. When we got there at 11:00, there were no keys but a code to a lockbox that we couldn’t find in the dark. We figured it had to be next to the front door, but it wasn’t. We ended up finding it, but it’s exactly what I was trying to avoid after a long day of traveling. If someone at the management company could have given us the location of the lockbox, at some point in the many phone calls that I had made prior to arrival, it would have made checking in so much smoother.

We love this house’s proximity to the beach. Perfect amount of space for a family. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a large wagon we used to bring our gear to the beach.
