About this apartment rental
Nice studio in a modern building with all the comforts. Located 200 meters from the City of Arts and Sciences in a quiet and sunny avenue, it is the perfect place to enjoy Valencia. You can be in the very center of the city, near El Carmen, Malvarrosa beach, Albufera and other areas of the city. Fully equipped and available to accommodate up to 2 people, WiFi, Parking, Air Conditioning.
The 30 m2 studio apartment has the following spaces:
- Living-dining room with a 140x190cm double sofa-bed, dining table, TV-HD Smart TV.
- Practical fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave-oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, tea kettle...
- Designer bathroom equipped with shower, toilet and sink.
It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen towel, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (shampoo and gel) and coffee capsules and 1.5l water bottle. The Quatre Carreres neighborhood is a residential neighborhood in the best area of Valencia surrounded by green areas where you can walk and unwind. From the main exit of Estación del Norte, cross Xativa street and you will arrive at Marqués de Sotelo street. From there, you can take bus number 35 and get off at the Instituto Obrero-Ciutat de les Arts stop for the apartment.
- By car.
From the north (coming from Barcelona):
Continue on the AP7 motorway to the Sagunto tollbooth.
Take exit 51 towards Valencia Norte.
Continue towards the city on Avenida Cataluña.
Follow the signs to the City of Arts and Sciences until you reach the apartment.
From the south (coming from Alicante):
Continue on the A7 motorway.
From Alicante and Albacete on the V31.
Follow the signs to Valencia South.
When you arrive in the city, follow the signs for the City of Arts.
From the west (coming from Madrid and the airport):
Continue on the A3 motorway.
Take the exit towards Alicante and Albacete.
Continue on the V30 detour.
Take the exit to CV500.
When you arrive in the city, follow the signs for the City of Arts.
How to move:

-Bus: Stop 2041 Professor López Piñero (pair) - Institut Obrer de València (13, 15, 24, 25, 95).
- Taxi.
- Bike lane.

I was in Valencia for a short 4 day stay and the apartment was great. It is ideal for a solo traveler or couple. Plenty of amenities (wi-fi, small fridge, washer/dryer) and a convenient location.

A thorough and efficient check-in with a person, not just a key collection point. Tips, recommendations were shared along with a map and information on the public transport system. This was super!
The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had everything one might need - coffee machine, microwave, kettle, hob, good selection of cutlery, utensils and pans.
I thought the location was excellent. Super public transport links to the beach, the old town and Albufera National Park. It was just across the road from the City of Arts and Sciences. A pleasant stroll into the old town would take about twenty minutes. The apartment overlooked a quiet, leafy courtyard and the windows could be opened to allow fresh air in.
Overall, a great stay and I would certainly return to this particular apartment.

Stayed for 3 nights in mid-May. Location is excellent for access to the Ciudad de las Artes & Ciencias and the park. Metro was just a 10 min walk. Apartment was clean and quiet. Having a combo washer/dryer unit was super helpful. WiFi speed is excellent. The sleeper sofa was definitely better than most in America. The mattress is much thicker, so I didn't feel any bars. My only issue was that my feet were slightly higher than my torso if I slept in the usual position, so I had to shift around a bit. It was fine for 3 nights. Also, I chose to sit on the dining room seats to do work or watch TV and they weren't the most comfortable after you've been sitting for a while. If they added one upholstered seat to match the sofa bed, that would have been ideal. Otherwise, I would have needed to fold up the sofabed each day and I wasn't up for that. For the price and location, this is a great apartment. Would definitely stay here again for a weekend.

I would definitely stay here again couldn't ask for any better property managers. Jorge is amazing giving you an orientation when he gives you access to the unit. Landlords are very caring and the maids are very thorough and kind. Just a few minutes walk to a grocery store where you can have all your food needs and right across from that is a complete modern gym a very reasonable cost.
Not to mention the Wi-Fi is excellent and it's very quiet, No problem sleeping here. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Valencia which I hope to in the future.
