The property was beautifully presented and in excellent condition. Almost everything you need was supplied. Beds were super comfortable.

The bedding required for the sofa bed came without a pillow. No extra pillows were supplied in the apartment. The back bedroom urgently needs a full length mirror to enable you to dry your hair and see yourself. It would also benefit from another hairdryer. Magnifying mirrors in the bathroom would also be beneficial.

Excelente ubicación, hermoso piso una vez resuelvan el tema de aire acondicionado.

Durante nuestra estancia de 11 días en este alojamiento tuvimos una experiencia muy negativa debido a que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Desde el primer día lo reportamos y nunca lograron solucionarlo. Tras la visita de un técnico, se confirmó que el sistema tenía una fuga de gas y problemas en las tuberías, lo cual requiere reparaciones mayores y no simples recargas. Lo más grave es que, a pesar de conocer la situación, los anfitriones siguen alquilando la propiedad sin informar a los huéspedes de esta falla, que probablemente lleva tiempo sin resolverse. Pasar tantos días sin aire acondicionado afectó seriamente nuestro confort y no corresponde a lo prometido en el anuncio. No recomendamos este alojamiento mientras no resuelvan el problema de manera definitiva.
