Fully renovated and equipped apartment with high-quality materials, designed for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Madrid. It has two bedrooms: one with a 150 cm bed and a loft bedroom with two 90 cm single beds, creating a cozy atmosphere for a good rest.
The living room is spacious and comfortable, featuring a chaise lounge sofa, Smart TV, and a work area. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances — refrigerator, freezer, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, blender, toaster, pots, pans, and complete tableware — allowing you to prepare your meals with total comfort.
The apartment is very quiet and located in a stately building, making it an ideal place to call home during your stay in Madrid. Perfect for families or anyone looking for a functional and welcoming space.
