About this apartment rental
This 85 m2 apartment enjoys an excellent location in El Viso, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Madrid. The apartment perfectly combines the comforts of a modern apartment with the proximity of the central area of the capital.
It is perfectly connected, having 4 subway lines within reach. The Avenida de América interchange, located at 100 meters puts the main centers of interest of the city at your fingertips and takes you to the heart of Madrid in 15 minutes.
It is close to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, home of Real Madrid Football Club and a few minutes away from the luxurious Barrio de Salamanca with its main streets (Serrano and Velazquez) just a few meters away. It has all the necessary services for a comfortable stay (cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, ... and a few meters from the National Auditorium). This apartment has the advantages of residing in a quiet, safe and green area without giving up the comforts of living near the center.
The flat has been decorated with luxury finishes, and equipped with top marks ... with a Samsung SMART TV of 40` that will allow you to enjoy your relaxing time at home. With a very efficient distribution, it has large storage capacity, a dining room of 23 m2 and two complete bathrooms decorated in natural tones with small touches of color. The plants add a touch of warmth to the calm atmosphere that is breathed on the floor.
It is suitable for 8 people, with a double sofa bed, two double beds and two single beds, all of them of high quality, to allow a good rest.
It is a smoke free apartment. To have animals must be indicated before closing the reservation and remember. (9 € / night)

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The location was excellent with lots of restaurants, cafes and a very nice grocery store within a block. We loved having the Alta Mira - little cafe/bar located just below the apartments - very convenient to enjoy a beer or coffee. We had a nice lunch there one day as well.
The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Antonio was great to work with and check-in was quite easy. They accommodated an early check-in process for us which we really appreciated.
We will stay here again the next time we visit Madrid.

We had a great experience in this property. Antonio was always available and willing to help us. The property is very well maintained and in a great area. We had everything we needed.
