The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location was great! The staff super helpful and answered fast.

The bedrooms super small but it was enough. I didn’t realize the apartment I chose wasn’t the one with balcony in the pictures, so that was a bummer.

Location is top. Pretty clean as well and cool amenities.

It was probably our worst experience on Booking.com ever. And it was not "bad", it was just way below expectations. The location is top and the flat is pretty neat but it was a considerably noisy stay (and this considering the college just in front was closed for summer vacations) and the response times from the host team were not acceptable (we talked to 4 different people and 3 of them were really lovely and tried to be as helpful as possible but they didn't offer valid solutions). On the noise topic, we had parties going on at the below apartment till 6am for 2 days (the first one was a Saturday so we just thought, that was normal). On the second day, it was too much and we tried to get in touch. We did get an emergency phone number but no one picked up except from the UK version which apologised for the Spanish counterpart's 24/7 system not really being 24/7). On the service part, there was some problem and we got out of hot water on the last evening. Again we tried to use the emergency phone number with no success so on the morning of the checkout there was no way to take a warm shower. We finally managed to get in touch with the host team that, we admit, tried their best but couldn't find a solution. Duarte and Marta were polite and really trying to help but no solution was found (maintenance couldn't get on time for the repair and there were no available apartments around for a quick shower - we had a 9m toddler with us). The first guy that we were able to talk to was a mess. No solution, no feedback, no nothing.
