It is located in a very quiet area, right next to the Avenida América bus station, with excellent connections to other parts of the city. It's ideal for a stay in Madrid.
It has everything you need to make your stay in Madrid comfortable, equipped with a king-size bed and large wardrobes for storage. It also features a comfortable private bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, plates, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils... so you can feel right at home.
The living room is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your favorite movie or series thanks to its smart TV.
The apartment is very quiet—being interior-facing, no traffic noise can be heard. Perfect for spending time in the capital of Spain.

Die Wohnung liegt ideal direkt neben einer zentralen Metro- und Busstation.Die Ausstattung der Wohnung (Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, etc)und die Sauberkeit sind perfekt. Das Bett war auch super. Die Wohnung hat allerdings fast kein direktes Sonnenlicht und ist daher relativ dunkel. Ausserdem kann es relativ lärmig sein (wenn zum Beispiel Real Madrid gerade ein wichtiges Fußballspiel gewinnt). Bei geschlossenen Fenster ist es aber ok, was dank der Klimaanlage auch kein Problem ist.Ich kann die Wohnung ohne zu zögern weiterempfehlen.
