We stayed here for 17 nights. Short walk to metro station, location was very nice with lovely views. Good value for London and not too far from the city. The beds in the apartment were very comfortable. It was well stocked with supplies, linen, tea, coffee,biscuits and cereal. Good aircon and large windows for ventilation. Lift was great to access the room.
Only problem was fridge didn’t work, on the second day we noticed it wasn’t cold and had to throw out all our food. Contacted the manager who tried to sort it. The new fridge did not come while we stayed there, which meant we couldn’t really eat or cook there easily without walking to the shop for more milk etc. Also it was more expensive and we wasted some food. The manager did however provide a refund of one nights compensation for the inconvenience when I requested it.
