Nothing. Not an exaggeration. Nothing at all

Lisa was a wonderful host and we felt instantly welcomed. The studio room is cosy and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay as is the private bathroom. We stayed to be close to Victoria Park which was only a ten minute walk away. The bed was super comfy and breakfast supplies were perfect. For those staying longer Lisa has really thought through things you might need-umbrella, hair dryer, curler, shopping bag etc We would definitely come back if we ever needed a stay in the area again. ☺️

I would say the only downside to the property is being able to hear outside noise quite clearly when going to bed BUT ear plugs are provided which helps!

The appartment was absolutely perfect, the room was even better than in the photos, comfy couch and bed, tv with netflix and prime video on, mini fridge, coffee machine, even and iron and iron board, and plenty of storage for your clothes. The bathroom was totally private and right next to the room, super spacious and had everything we needed to shower. Everything was super clean and in perfect condition! Also Lisa bought us a lot of options for breakfast, including fruits, bread, cereal, milk, coffee, etc, she made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, she was an incredible host!!! Location wise, great! Zone 2, next to Victoria Park and London fields, very cool area, and calm at night. 200% would stay here again in my next trip to London!

The street can get a bit noisy at night, but Lisa give you earplugs so you can have a good night sleep, so I have NOTHING BAD to say about the flat.
