Posizione molto centrale, ben fornita e pulita. Il proprietario é stato disponibile. L’appartamento si trova nel quartiere famoso per la vita notturna, quindi la sera si anima e potreste trovare molta gente in giro. Per il rapporto qualità/prezzo é un ottimo affare
Si trova sopra uno dei locali più famosi di Budapest e il rumore si protrae fino a tarda notte, ma niente che non si possa risolvere con dei tappi per le orecchie. Altra nota dolente é il lavandino estremamente piccolo e scomodo.
