Tout était parfait, je suis très ravie de mon séjour avec ma maman.

1. The customer service was excellent. If I had something not working in the studio, they provided immediate solutions, so that is five stars! 2. The facilities of the studio are great, it is really well equipped.

But note that: 1. There will be 5 more studios right beside yours and the door of your studio is a thin wooden door (that of a simple room in an apartment) that even shakes when the main entrance door is being opened or closed. 2. The walls of the studios are thin, and there is no good sound-proofing. So you might catch uncultured and noisy flatmates, you will hear them have a phone call, discipline their child or sneezing and coughing even. 3. The bathroom floor of my studio was broken. 4. The mattress of the bed was very uncomfortable because it is a cheap type and utterly worn out. 5. The location of the apartment is not the best as there are many homeless people in this area. 6. The internet connection is very poor in the studio.
