I loved everything, especially the location and facilities. Some reviews mention that there is too much security, but I think it's necessary it's really not that hard to enter a few access codes. Honestly, some people just expect luxury for a cheap/pretty good price.
There was an unpleasant smell in the kitchen, but it was fine if you closed the room door. This issue could easily be solved with some air freshener. However, it wasn't a major problem, which is why I gave it a 9.

Perfect location for touring Budapest. Shops and public transport within easy reach. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable and spacious.

No shower gel or hand wash. Dishwashing liquid was very little and watered down. The stains on the single bed were very bad, also stains on couch chairs. The room always smelt very musty. Shower handle leaked. No toilet roll holder, had to put toilet rolls on the floor.
