Very nice and clean room. Comfortable beds. Directions and communication for how to get the room was nice and clear. Location is not too far from the city center. Overall very satisfied!

Location was great, closed to metro, shops, supermarket, clear instruction where to find a keys, very clean, spacious, safe area, we are really enjoy the stay.

The location was good. While it isn’t the most attractive neighbourhood, it’s very convenient, with both the metro and tram just a short walk away, putting you in the city centre within minutes. There’s also a shopping mall, several restaurants, and other amenities just a two-minute walk from the apartment. The air conditioning was a huge plus, especially during the warmer days, and the apartment itself was spacious.

I understand that this is a budget accommodation, and I don’t mind if the space is a little dated or shows some wear and tear, both inside and out. However, cleanliness is non-negotiable. The entire apartment could do with a thorough sweep and dust, and investing in a few new towels would make a noticeable difference. One issue that was particularly disappointing was the room adjacent to the living area, which is marked “Staff Only.” It appears to be used as a smoking room, and the cigarette smoke constantly drifted into the apartment. It was only after we moved to our next accommodation that we realised all of our clothes smelled of cigarette smoke. This significantly affected our stay and is something future guests should be aware of.
