- ménage médiocre - aucune lumière du jour (donne sur l'intérieur de l'immeuble) et donc peu d'aération possible - immeuble vétuste - lit inconfortable et linge de lit qu'à moitié propre - j'ai demandé à entrer dans l'appartement (le code m'avait été envoyé) une demi-heure avant l'heure d'arrivée prévue pour déposer ma valise seulement ; ceci a été refusé...

Orașul a fost ok,însă zona în care este apartamentul a fost horror.

Mizerie,personal dezinteresat,nu a răspuns la telefon....cazarea se face în sistem self check-in însă apartamentul nu este semnalizat în nici un fel...am fost nevoita sa încerc cu cheia toate ușile din bloc,noaptea când am ajuns. Scara blocului și locatarii foarte dubioși,boschetari multi si drogati pe lângă cazare. Dotări 0...mizerie cruntă și un miros în apartament îngrozitor....în dulapuri am găsit haine folosite...nimic dotări la baie,în recipientul de săpun era apă iar toaleta nespalată. Nu ai lumină absolut deloc,ești nevoit sa stai cu becurile și ziua. Nu recomand,cu toate că orașul și atmosfera din afara cazării au fost ok.

L emplacement..

Entrée de l immeuble sordide mais nous nous attendions à un charmant T2 comme décrit dans le titre de l annonce . Kleenex sous le canapé lorsque nous l avons tiré, linge sale de l appartement dans un tiroir, un drap taché,, linge de lit ne sentant pas bon, oreillers très usagés. Pas de lampe de chevet dans la chambre, obligés de tenir les fenêtres fermées car des VMC très bruyante en extérieur, nuits difficiles pour ceux qui dormaient dans le séjour car jour important sous la porte d entrée. En outre, si il y avait eu des photos de la vue nous n aurions pas loué ! Attention, les marches de la douche ne sont pas antidérapantes !! Les photos sont exactes mais pas de photo de la chambre, de la vue, de l entrée

-parties communes vétustes et délabrées -ménage laissant bcp à désirer -literie de mauvaise qualité -chasse d'eau non fonctionnelle à notre arrivée (non relevé par le propriétaire malgré mon signalement) -clim bcp trop bruyante

Appartamento carino, in centro, arredato bene, silenzioso ma con un ingresso certo non adatto all’ospitalità, da riveder

La posizione nel centro città, a due passi dalle principali attrazioni di Aix-en-Provence ma in un luogo lontano dal traffico e non immerso nella movida.

La scarsa pulizia, fatta solo appena appena in superficie: per esempio il forno era incrostato di residui di cibo del precedente occupante e La cappa era coperta di polvere.
