Very nice and clean, very nice owners and very well situated. This accommodation is far above all the other places i have stayed recently in Blackpool and surrounding areas..competitively priced and clean and cared for, with friendly and helpful owners. Loved staying here and will definitely book with them again when I next need to come up.

Located near to amenities, right near the beach, handy for visiting relatives or seeing the sights. Room cosy, good size for a single, complimentary tea & coffee, towels and soap provided too. Clothes rail & hangers, table, plenty of shelves and space for storage, Felt like a home from home. Nothing too much trouble for Mark & Monica, they were always friendly, approachable, happy to share advice and help. The electric shower was really good, powerful & invigorating! Perfect for my short stay needs.

Spotlessly clean, Mark was friendly and helpful, a minute stroll to the sea, free parking on the surrounding roads. 2 minutes to the nearest bus stops, 5 to the nearest tram. Quiet location. Tea & coffee re-stocked every day.
It seems petty being negative at the price, the mattress and pillows were a little 'cheap', the location is a little away from the centre (but I knew that, and that was one reason I booked it).
