Excellent location, the futon is very comfortable when doubled up (one layer on top of the other), and a washing machine is available for use. You reach the apartment after climbing four flights of stairs, not five, as the floor numbering starts at two right from the first level up. In any case, given that it is a historic building typical of the architecture of that era, the absence of an elevator is completely normal:these buildings were intentionally constructed without elevators to help people stay fit. This poses no problem at all unless you use a wheelchair (and the listing explicitly states that there is no elevator).Prompt communication with all the details needed for easy access to the apartment.

There is a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the apartment that lingers even when the windows are open. Being in a very central location, there is loud street noise especially from motorcycles, cars with modified or faulty exhausts, and the like so I recommend bringing earplugs. There is no colander or adequate cooking equipment, and a lack of basic supplies like laundry detergent or shower soap. Dead mosquito stuck to the ceiling and handprints on the wall. I recommend making the apartment more comfortable with more color and detail. The cleanliness of the blankets and towels could also be improved.

Clean tiny apartment. Good value for money

Host is very responsive. Lukas has sent instructions before arrival. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I had a great experience. after the checkout I wanted to leave my luggage for couple of hours. I asked Lukas and he kindly ageed to help me, even though they do not provide this service. Highly recommend this appartment. Apartment location is premium and for such a price. I felt like I got an excellent bargain. A well equipped kitchen. Everything is new and working. plenty of sockets, great wifi, washing machine is a bonus as well as the fridge. A bed was comphy and had a good night sleep. Central location: 3 min to Akropolis and Maxima(super grocery store) to shop food and anything one can need.

Accommodation is on 5th floor without a lift. The room is very small for two people with a futon on the floor right beside the single bed.
