The location in Covent Garden is exceptional-walking distance to major attractions and extremely convenient for buses, the Underground, and main train stations. The apartment was clean upon arrival, the double bed in the bedroom was comfortable, and the two pull-out sofas in the living room were fine for our children.

At nearly €2,000 for 5 nights, this property fell well short of expectations: No luggage storage: There is no post-checkout or pre-checkin storage, forcing us to spend an additional £100 on external storage lockers. Noise and insulation: Single-glazed windows provided practically zero sound or heat insulation. It was extremely noisy day and night. Cooling issues: Advertised with AC, but it only had a portable unit in the living room with an exhaust pipe out the window, which struggled even in 24-25°C weather. The bedroom only had a mister/dehumidifier box without any exhaust pipe. Plumbing: The disinfectant smell in the bathroom wore off after day one, leaving a persistent, strong sewer odor for the rest of our stay. Wi-Fi: Extremely slow and unreliable, running on an outdated phone-line connection.
