Location is perfect. Clear instructions to find the place.

The sink was very unpractical. Very small, in a corner, with a normal size faucet it was very inconvenient. Regarding the toiletries. While it is true that it is clearly stated in the instructions that only 35ml toiletry will be available, I thought they meant per person. What s the point of providing it? Feels like they just want to be able to state on booking that they provide them, but the quantity is ridiculous. The most annoying thing was the sofa bed. I assumed there was a sofa bed that could be open and become a real bed. It is instead a normal couch were you sleep by removing the big pillows. The bed was not even done and the bedsheets were obviously too big for it.

Amazing location

Would have liked to have been made aware of just how many stairs up to the apartment! Difficult after a hard days sightseeing

The property is very well located. Close to attractions that are within walking distance or easy to get to via tube. Covent Garden itself is beautiful with lots of wonders to see in and around the area. The sleeping arrangements were good and comfortable. Shops close enough to nip down to and grab stuff you would need. Located in a beautiful area.

The apartment was up three flights of stairs. It was ok for us as we are all mobile and children are all walking. But would not recommend it for families with very young children reliant on pushchairs. It’s a lot of steps to haul up big luggage’s. The property was clean but there are natural wear and tear. There were some street noises. So if you’re a light sleeper you will struggle.

Las almohadas eran inmensas, hacía mucho calor en el piso y nos costó muchísimo encontrarlo el día de la llegada, por no hablar de la cantidad de escaleras cargados con el equipaje. No lo recomendaría
