Absolutely a great location. You couldn't ask for any place better if you want to just be able to walk out your door and hit some pubs, grab a coffee or shop.
Being on the top floor meant a lot of narrow steps. This is not a great place if you have trouble moving up and down stairs, especially while carrying luggage.

The location is fantastic just a hundred yards from Covent Garden and close to the main theatres, the river and the main squares. There are useful local shops especially Tesco Express which caters well for a self catering holiday. It is less than 200 yards from Leicester Square tube station if coming from Euston/St Pancras area and probably 30 yards from Covent Garden tube. Leo was great meeting us and ensuring we had the information we needed.
There was building work ongoing on the building which meant builders climbing around outsite the windows at 7am, would have been nice to have been warned. The mattress on the main bed is very firm and the sofa bed is pretty firm as well. The website says steps to the appartment it is 52 fairly steep steps so not a problem for us but some people may find it hard.

Excellent location, clean and tidy. Well maintained internally.
There were
maintenance construction works outside the building. During week days the workers woke us up from 07:00 in the morning. Because of the works you could not see anything thru the windows. We were prepared that the apartment is at the third floor without elevator.
