長すぎる階段。クッキングヒーター、洗濯機、食洗機、オーブンの仕様説明が全くなく、NETで調べて使えるようになるまでに３０分以上かかった。キッチン周りの調理道具が足りない。（水切り籠や調理用のボウルがない）切れないナイフ、長年使ってボロボロになったキッチンボード、すぐに焦げ付く大きなフライパン、２つしかない鍋など調理について知識のないスタッフが適当にそろえた感じだった。屋根裏部屋のためデッドスペースが多く30㎡の広さの実感はなかった。掃除は行き届いていなかった。ブラインドは壊れていて自分で直した。６日間滞在でバスタオル２枚、フェイスタオル２枚しかないのは大いに疑問。自分で買ったので、コスパは悪かった。
