The location. We had a fantastic view of the city and Petronas Twin Towers.
The property could repair some of the broken fixtures in the room. For example, the main door bolt was broken which could compromise security.
The property wanted payment with cash! So old-fashioned.

Excellent cental location, we could see the pertronis tower from our window, short walk to the night market. A upscale mall with food market attached to the hotel. Excellent shower. The pool was nice, however, towels were not provided to peak suite guests.
Sometimes the host did not get back to texts very quickly. The room was clean, but in disrepair, it looked like someone did a quick reno job and slapped on a coat of paint. Broken toilet seat, damage to tub, missing towel bar, missing sprayer on bidet, broken or missing wood trim, broken sink pop up. The was a light that we could not find a switch for so it stayed on 24/7.

Location was excellent, close to city center and in Times Square Mall.
Internet speed was good.
- Furniture was old, shabby and damaged.
- Bathroom had a leak from bath tub. (Attached Pictures show the condition on check in)
- Lighting was poor.
