    Pros: - walking distance from Petronas towers. Great for exploring KLCC. - Pool and gym are as advertised, clean and nice, on the 46th and 48th floor respectively. - Overall quality location - The affiliated restaurant right across the street is actually very good. I was positively surprised at the quality of the food. - Nice bathroom, kitchenette is nice and clean, all the basics are there, good water filter. Cons: - Not very well insulated for noise. I could hear my immediate neighbor's morning alarm loud and clear, along with all that happend in the hallway. That said, overall very little was happening in that hallway. - They say room service is every 3 days yet I was there from Wednesday to Sunday and room service never came. - Elevators are a bit overloaded and a bottleneck. Most of the time it's pretty quick but there are moments in the day when they are insufficient. Overall still great value

    The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city on foot, and the spacious rooms add to the comfort of the stay. Hot water availability was consistent, which is a plus. While the amenities could use some improvement, the overall value for money is solid. Staff were friendly, though there's room for enhancement in service. Facilities are decent, contributing to a pleasant experience overall.

    A good location near the klcc. But, the staff need to be train more as they should smile more when interact with costumers. They also should provide Qibla direction and prayer mat as i see than a large number of muslim traveller staying there.
