    We came back from dinner on the night of the 15th, and the security guard informed us that the car park was closed due to TNB work. When we asked for a safe and secure place to park our car, we were simply told to park by the roadside, even though the road was already narrow. We were worried about getting a police summon or someone accidentally hitting our car, especially since we were told that the work would only be completed around 4 AM. I approached the receptionist for assistance, but she simply said that she didn’t know anything and that we had to refer to the security guard. Her response was not helpful at all, and she came across as very unfriendly. We even set an alarm and woke up at 4 AM to call the guard house, only to be told that the work was still ongoing and the new estimated completion time was 7 AM. My husband ended up losing his sleep just to keep an eye on our car. On top of that, the hotel parking itself is chargeable at RM5 per entry. Like, seriously? We booked a hotel and there’s not even complimentary parking for hotel guests? Thankfully, the room was clean and comfortable, which was at least one positive part of our stay. However, the parking situation and the way it was handled by the staff were definitely disappointing.

    I totally enjoyed my stay at your unit..perfecto 👌Everything was great, from the bed, toilet, microwave, kitchenette, Cuckoo, TV, fan, wardrobe, refrigerator, washing machine, lights, dining table, makeup table, and most importantly, the perfect KL view from the room😍. U can cook there but only for light cooking such as soup ,instant noodle.. The only things I didn’t really like were the elevator ( hot and very long to go) and the paid parking 😅. But since the parking is RM5- for 24hrs..I still can consider.. for check in process would take long..this is not related with the host ya but more on management..they need to be more efficient and fast.. Remarks:- They provided ceiling fan and 2 units of air conditioner. In case u want to check in late, please let the host know earlier 😆 1 hr extension is for rm 50..
