Sunset Lake View at M-Luna by HCK

Place and facilitate were really good. Appartement was not very clean when we checked in. Floor was little dirty, and the sofa was little dirty too. We vacuumed the whole appartement , and washed the linen on extra beds before we used them. Information given was not enough. They had a shuttle service to the train station , but got to know only on the last day. Dont know what else we missed . Its good if they can provide airport shuttle as well. No one was there to welcome . The keys were inside a locker, received a text about how to get the keys and how to check out. And there were two letters in the locker with the keys. We thought it was for us. Maybe the bill, and information. But they were utility bills. Which is not for our concern at all. There was a washing machine , fridge , cooker , pots and pans, rice cooker, plates and cutlery . Everything you need for a long stay. They were wonderful. Most of the time we cooked because we had children with us. Very relaxing and comfortable place. With supper markets within walking distance. Very good security. Balcony door cant be locked. We were little concern about it because we had a small child who doesnt understand the danger of hights. So we were little tensed whenever she was near TV area. There was a problem with the bidet shower. Made a complain , they said someone will come to repair it. But no one showed up. Its good if yoy can provide housekeeping with change of linen for long stay guests. We had to use the same bed linen for out entire stay. Coz no whare to line that big sheets to dry. Towels ofcause we got them washed. There were towel racks and hanger. So it was not a big deal. Internet was very poor. It took us couple of days to learn how yo use the tv and washing machine. TV is not important when you are on a holiday and traveling. But it is important when you have many children.we were three families with two elderly people and 5 children. Their customer service is really good.

Overall its was a wonderful stay.
