reception area/ lobby ambiance was good in KL city center.
we had benefit of early check in for genius customer but property didnt provide. we were asked to early check in at 1pm by booking.com but host became rude on arrival and provided check in at 3pm. it was indian manager and was very rude at the start. and told me to cancel the booking when i argued with him as booking.com clearly provided us early check in facility. however when we had issues like extreme bad mattress with springs coming out he provided a new one immediately. indian manager was very responsive on all occassions and also provided clearning. so apart from being rude in the start at checkin time he was cooperative. there was only 1 washroom for 2 bedroom so that was tough for us. swimmingpool was over crowded and we got there only once in 7 days. we would not visit again as there are other wonderful properties in KL.
