The best experience as the first timer in Valencia

It was situated in quiet area and surrounded by public transportation few minutes walk to the supermarket and it is a very neat place

Best Studio apartment I've stayed in

Stylish new studio apartment, very comfortable. Everything worked perfectly, smart TV, kettle. Coffee machine and toaster. We paid for underground secure parking, which was easy to access. Great cafe/patisserie under the apartments, lovely staff and delicious food. We didn't go into Valencia but bus stops just across the road. 10/15 minutes walk round the corner to a mercadona

booking .com should be careful taking late bookings for a Sunday, as there can be problems accessing

There is no breakfast.

There is no reception cover on a Sunday which caused confusion with my arrival. Managment did address my concerns on Monday.

I had better stays with apartment style rentals for what we paid

Privacy due to apartment style

Property is next to construction zone so had to take detour for access. Soda bed was not clean and kitchen sink was smelling. When told about bed and sink nothing was done. There were no cereal bowl in kitchen for kids to eat. Also toilet papers were not enough and there is no one at property on wee hours to help so had get ourself from store.

Great stay – perfect for a group trip!

Our group of nine had a fantastic stay at Dorm4You Arena 2 Apartments in Valencia. The apartments were modern, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially important during the hot summer days. The location was also a big plus – there's a bus stop right in front of the building, so it was very easy to get to both the city center and the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and comfortable. We highly recommend Dorm4You Arena 2 to anyone visiting Valencia, especially larger groups. We’d definitely stay here again!

Clean and luxurious property with all facilities you need.

The location was not very central to the centre of Valencia. There is some construction work around the property what begins early, this brings some noise in the morning. The accommodation can’t do anything about that.

Disappointed to be avoided for long stay

Clean , easy access and large parking for SUV car, large bathroom and comfy bed. Staff very friendly.

No oven, only two cooking Stowe, not convenient at all!! No cutting board, no rack for drying the dishes . It is in the middle of no where a lot of traffic . You can hear the traffic from the street with the windows closed. No French channels only Spanish. The laundry is not free. I really feel disappointed paying so much money and getting ripped off!! I will not recommend this place again so I will not come back .

Great!

The whole studio-apartment is in a new building, well-equipped and clean. Not to spacious, but quite comfortable for couple, has comfty bed. We didn't really use the kitchen, but it looks like it has everything you need to cook if you bring your own groceries. The Suites has it's own parking on site for a fee, but in addition, there was a lot of free space infront of the building. The neighborhood seems safe.

The bathroom was cold (stayed in December) as the heater is in the room only.

Muy cómodo y amplio

Nos alojamos el puente de diciembre porque hacíamos la maratón y todo súper bien. Cocina totalmente equipada, apartamento muy amplio, tanto la cama como el sofá cama muy cómodos y el baño perfecto!

Cada vez que se cerraba una puerta de algún apartamento sonaba mucho.

Me costo contactar con el alojamiento, no tienen atencion constante. Comentar que las ventanas cierran mal, lo que en edificacion nueva no es de extrañar. Deberian revisar eso. Entra aire y ruido en la ventana del apto. 15.

Cómodo y bien equipado.

El apartamento está estupendo, bastante nuevo y bien equipado. La zona estupenda, justo en frente del Hospital de La Fe y con bastantes restaurantes y locales para cenar o tomar algo. El baño limpio y bien equipado.

Todo muy bien aunque viene bien indicar que la zona está de obras y el acceso al garaje hay que hacerlo por la acera (desvío provisional mientras duren las obras). Eso hace que el gps se vuelva un poco loco. Por lo demás, un apartamento estupendo.

Tem uma padaria francesa no mesmo predio! Uma delícia! O lugar é brm localizado, perto da Ciudad de las Arts. Tambem nao fica longe do Russafa (deu 10 euros de taxi). Mas o lugar é muito tranquilo. Muito gostoso de andar. O staff muito gentil! Sempre recorri a eles, mesmo para assuntos aleatórios...kkkk e foram ótimos. Nota 10 pro pessoal !

Estacionar o carro pode ser o mesmo problema que é em toda cidade. Valencia é um desafio para estacionar.

Relación calidad precio. Apartamento silencioso. Llegamos antes de las 15 horas y no hubo problemas para entrar. Se agradece.

Menaje exiguo. Éramos dos personas y había dos cucharas, dos vasos, dos tenedores…No cuesta nada ser un poquito más generoso en un servicio que es muy barato ofrecer.

Cogimos la habitación porque teníamos una cita en el hospital a primera hora de la mañana. Estuvimos muy cómodos, a dos minutos del hospital que nos ahorró el madrugón, muy limpio y con todas las facilidades.

El frigorífico hacia un poco de ruido por la noche y al estar tan cerca de la cama era molesto. La ventana el que está en el cabecero de la cama no tiene pestillo y es peligroso para los niños, aconsejo un pestillo o.algo. Pero en general muy agusto.

Una de las empleadas Aymar, nos gestionó un cambio de habitación por nuestra comodidad, porque habiamos solicitado 2 camas separadas. Nos ayudó amablemente a realizar el cambio. Muy confortables y espaciosas las habitaciones. Bien equipada la cocina. Muy bueno el ventilador de techo sobre la cama para la opcion de apagar el aire y continuar con ventilador. Todo muy muy comodo y espacioso.

Estupendo

Todo fue genial en la estadía, esta muy bien cuidado y limpio, el apartamento era espacioso y la plaza de parking también. A destacar el restaurante que queda bajo el edificio, aunque no hace parte del hotel esta genial para cualquier comida.

el acceso del parking al edificio no era directo y para subir las cosas nos toco dar mucha vuelta. por la zona están en construcciones y es un poco difícil llegar.

Logement Très sale. Le canapé lit avec des draps sale et couette sale déjà usagers. Avec des miettes et taches par dessus. C’est vraiment inadmissible de ne pas mettre des draps propres pour l’arrivée des nouveaux clients. La rue est en plein travaux donc difficile de trouver une place pour se garer.

Llegué a las 15:00h tal como ponía hora de entrada las limpiadoras estaban aún empezando a limpiar tuve que esperar 20 minutos hasta que termine lo limpio a la ligera suelo sucio baño sucio para el sofá cama no había sábanas ni mantas tuvimos que dormir los 4 en la misma cama dejando el sofá cama ya que no había para taparse

En general lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación muy centrico, y el poder acceder con código a las habitaciones y la la puerta del edificio.

Lo que menos nos gustó,fue que en la misma puerta están haciendo obras para la instalación del metro, con lo que los días de diario a las siete de la mañana comienzan con los ruidos. Los útiles de cocina muy justos en cantidad y variedad.

Estadia agradável em um apartamento limpo, bem localizado e próximo às principais atrações.

Gostei muito das instalações e da localização. O apartamento estava bem equipado e limpo, e ficava próximo de todas as principais atrações da cidade, o que facilitou bastante a nossa estadia.

O único ponto que não gostei muito, talvez por ser uma área privilegiada, foi a quantidade de construções ao redor, o que dificultou um pouco o acesso ao apartamento.
