Everything was great, the host was very responsive and helpful, the location is walking distance from everything you might want to see in Madrid. The neighborhood is safe, it has markets, cafes, burger king, and multiple bus stops next to it for every direction. The facilities were new, clean, 2 bathrooms which was great for 4 people getting ready in the morning. Would definitely return again.
The main door is smart door (I have since learned that this is the case for most apartments in Madrid it is not only for this property), this means the door will be locked only when it has power. If the power goes out the door is no longer locked. (Again this is not a reason not to book this property as most of them will have this issue, just a general heads up)

Apartament ft curat, aproape de centru, de punctele de interes, preț ft bun, magazine aproape. Comunicare ft bună cu proprietarii, check in ft simplu.
Ca si recomandare.. fiind apartament, am si folosit mai multe vase. Ar fi de ajutor cate o pastila de detergent pt masina de spălat vase pt fiecare zi de cazare.

The apartment is cozy and clean, close to the metro station, restaurant and supermarket, perfect for a family with kid.
There is no washing machine for dishes which is a big inconvenience.
