The apartment was lovely, spacious with sufficient facilities. Having two bathrooms was ideal for a group of 4 and the kitchen was great for our stay. It has easy access to the metro and the local area is pleasant. We enjoyed our stay
The courtyard smelled so we did not end up using it. But this was not a big issue.

The apartment's location was great — everything was within a few hundred metres. If we wanted to go into town, the metro was the best option. The metro station was very close to the apartment.
Since two couples were travelling together, it would have been better if we had known that, in reality, the two bedrooms were actually one room separated by a wooden paravan and a door without locks. This was a bit uncomfortable for the two married couples.

La ubicación.
principalmente por la falta de intimidad. El alojamiento no tiene cortinas, por lo que el interior queda completamente visible desde fuera. La primera habitación no dispone de puerta y comunica directamente con una segunda habitación que sí tiene puerta, pero con agujeros. Además, para acceder al baño es obligatorio pasar por la segunda habitación.
Había un mal olor persistente, sobre todo en la zona de la entrada, probablemente relacionado con que el alojamiento se encuentra en un sótano.
Por último, y no menos importante, se me cobró la fianza dos veces sin motivo y el reembolso tardó bastante, lo que generó una experiencia poco agradable.
