The customer service was exceptional. The location was great: close to metro stop, and some of the main attractions yet offering quiet walks through nearby parks.
Could be a bit noisy but every place that we have stayed in Madrid is. The living room furniture is not very comfortable and is a bit worn.

The property is in a very central location, a 5-minute walk from Gran Via.
It's very close to the Royal Palace and the Opera. It's easily walkable.
We walked almost everywhere during our entire vacation. If you don't mind a 20-25 minute walk, which is the best way to explore the city, you might want to consider this option.
If you're considering in-room dining, almost everything has been thought of. We never used it.
Having two bathrooms is great. We stayed with four people, but it can accommodate six. There's a sofa bed in the living room, but it can be a bit cramped.
The apartment is located on Cinema Street, and there are people sitting along the street at night. Street noise isn't audible in the bedrooms, but those staying in the living room might be disturbed.
There's an additional fee for cleaning. It's 30 euros. I didn't pay attention to this when I rented. I'm not sure if there's a written explanation. There were four of us, and we requested a towel change and toilet paper. The towels were replaced a day later, but I guess the toilet paper was forgotten.
On the last day, our daughter got locked in the toilet. The problem was resolved within an hour. We also received a free airport transfer as a gift for this problem. Thanks for this kind approach
I think we've been talking to a call center throughout this entire process. You keep talking different people. There's no sense that your problems will be resolved. It's a worrying process.But they did it.
