Location is fantastic! The apartment was immaculate, spacious and has a great layout with a small balcony. It is tucked away from the street so is quiet. We loved the apartment!

The representative let down our stay. He was so rude and does not know how to listen! I cannot believe how he treated me and there is not enough space to write everything he did. He bombarded me with 30 WhatsApp messages, one asked me to join a WhatsApp group and another to send a pin drop of our location. I have travelled extensively all over the world and have never been asked to do either and it unnerved me. I replied saying i don't know how to pin drop and then he called me and spoke to me in a rude and aggressive tone telling me how unhelpful I am and then hung up! I text saying i am happy to comply with check in requirements but i don't want to join a group or send a pin drop. I had already told him we were on a train and what time we would arrive, i also said i do not like the way he just spoke to me. On arrival he continued to be rude and aggressive. In one of his statements he said he was really busy and hadn't even had any lunch…um sorry how is that my fault! He then said you don’t have to stay here, you can cancel as I don’t want to lose my job. I was so shocked. Rome is full, where on earth are we going to stay and why should we cancel because he has been rude! I told him to take us to the apartment. I was so shocked at his behavior and he could see how annoyed i was. He then changed his attitude dramatically. He showed us in and made coffees but I was not interested, he had already ruined our arrival!!! The electric then went and he had to come back. There is a fault with the socket in the kitchen that needs attention. He then sent us pastries and postcards trying to make up for his disgusting behavior. Not good enough, you should NEVER treat guests with rudeness and aggression. He then deleted all the WhatsApp messages he sent!!! Too late, i had already screen shot them as evidence. This place is absolutely amazing and a credit to the owner but was severely let down by the representative.
