About this apartment rental
In the heart of Rione Colonna, a neighborhood quite close to the Tiber River and nestled in the historical center, the recently renovated Casa Torretta has two large double bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). In a refined and elegant atmosphere, enriched by beautifully decorated ceilings, the spacious living area has two sofas and a dining table with seating for six. The kitchen is right next to this area: basic but fully equipped, it is ideal for preparing quick snacks or elaborate meals. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. All in one washer&dryer, dishwasher and Nespresso Coffee Maker are available for guests.
Standard check-in: from 3 pm to 9 pm (With self-service check-in, guests can enter after 9:00 PM without any additional charges).
Check-out by 10:30 am
Upon request, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times, depending on the apartment's availability and cleaning requirements.
Check-in is self-service. To receive the access details, guests must complete the online form with all the required mandatory information. If the Italian Government introduces regulations prohibiting self-service check-ins, we will provide in-person check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A late fee of €50 will apply for check-ins after 9:00 PM.
An extra fee for check-in in person of € 35 will be charged for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, Easter Sunday and August 15th.
For self check-in is MANDATORY for the guest to fill out the online form I will send when booking the property, providing their ID information as required by Italian law. Additionally, the rental contracts are included within the form, and signing them is mandatory. The form must be completed within 48 hours of the guest's arrival in Rome. Filling out the form takes about 5 minutes.
In this apartment, the following are not allowed:
- hosting parties
- smoking
- bringing pets
- making noise during quiet hours (from 10:30 pm to 9:00 am)
For children up to 3 years old, a travel cot is available upon request, at a cost of € 50 per stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was the perfect location for our short stay. We were within a short walk to so many sites and shopping. Perfect spot. Thank you!

The apartment was awesome. It fit our family of four very well. It’s location was great as we walked to most of our tours and to restaurants. Overall, a great place to stay!

Property and location was fantastic. Unfortunately communication and follow through brought this rating down. Four days to get instructions on the washer /“dryer” and instead of the visit and written directions just a link to an online manual which only marginally helps when half the cycle numbers are worn off the machine. Very frustrating. And something really should be done with that key, way too much fiddling and jiggling every time to get in, and the second key we flat out could never get to work at all. AC worked great. Overall the property is better than this.
