Elegant and bright two-level apartment in modern style just renovated and located in the Campo Marzio district, the elegant heart of the historic center of the Eternal City.
A treasure chest of comfort and privacy from which to reach in a few minutes the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and St. Peter's along the alleys and streets traversed over the centuries by emperors, popes and artists from all over the world.

The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a historic building, conveniently accessed by elevator and after walking down a small flight of stairs. The first level of the property houses a large living room equipped with a 60-inch smart TV and an open kitchen with induction hobs fully equipped for every need, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom equipped with an amazing Turkish bath overlooking the rooftops of Rome, and a twin bedroom, also equipped with an en suite bathroom. From the second floor there is access to the balcony overlooking the inner courtyard of the property.
On the second floor, reached by an internal architectural staircase, is the third bedroom, also master, equipped with an extra-large double bed and en suite bathroom, and from whose windows you can admire Rome.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. He is Italian so had lots of good recommendations, but spoke perfect English. The location was great to see Rome. VERY spacious, nice little balcony. Even had a wash and a dryer.

Fantastic location and spectacular property - just as described in the listing. The check in process was seamless with a nice personal touch! Everything was clean and the decor was very “Italian”! With 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms it was perfect for 3 couples traveling together! Located near the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. One of the nicest VRBOs we’ve stayed in with excellent communication and service!

The check in process was very easy and convenient. Our host arranged for our smooth transfer from the airport to our stay. The property was very clean, well equiped and as advertised. The location was also very convenient, being nearby several points of interest. We would definitely recommend this property!
