There is no elevator to the apartment, it's not that bad because it's on the first floor, but it's difficult with luggage on arrival and departure There is a lot of room for improvement in the facilities in the apartment: Loud noise from cars and people passing by on the street, perhaps double windows would have improved the situation The description of the facilities states "free toiletries", but what is actually provided is a small bottle that is barely enough for two days. If you are coming for a longer period, you need to bring it with you or buy it. In the showers there is nowhere to put the soap or shampoo, but only on the shower floor, which is very inconvenient. There is a closet in each room, but only with one shelf, at a low height, so there is actually nowhere to put the clothes in the closet and it remains unused. The chairs in the dining area need to be strengthened

Location: Top, near shops/supermarkets, luxury streets, walking distance to attractions (Spanish steps, Trevis fontain), not too far from bus stops. Will be far to the airport. Apartment: Spacious, Clean, Well-equipped (Washing+Drying machine is very helpful!). Not always quite at midnight in the front street but anyway we can still sleep well. Contact with the owner: Good connection

Hot water and electricity system is not stable (not enough hot water for 2 bathroom using at the same time or even 1 bathroom but sometimes unstable; we had 3 times electricity disruption when starting our hair-dryer but we could turn it on again...)

Very spacious appartement and well located near the main key places to visit.

The apartment is in a very noisy neighbourhood and not well insulated. Difficult to sleep at night. In addition the showers are not working well and the furniture was far too old and not comfortable
