The location is a 10/10 with great view. The building is getting old, the flat is crying for a renovation for years.
The plaster is peeling off the walls in several places, the grout in the bathroom is rotting in many areas, and the furniture is broken in many places. Coming from Eastern Europe, one is accustomed to run-down buildings, but this was surprising even to me.
