8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The location was great near the bus and train station. The little kitchen came in very handy for light meals and breakfast. The rooms were large and the bathroom had plenty of hot water. It was easy to find and access . The heated towel rack was a plus. It was a quiet location.
Narrow stairs up to the rooms made navigating with a suitcase somewhat difficult. A big suitcase would have been really tough. It was cooler than comfortable at times.

The place was really nice
Hard to find. Website said it had parking, but roads were full of cars. Used TV and thought all channels available were included... But they weren't and there was an additional charge.

Breakfast stuff left for us which was lovely. We needed the room very last minute and it was ready for us so quickly which was much appreciated after a long day of travelling. Bed was really comfy and had a good nights sleep. Netflix on the tv was a bonus too. There’s an air fryer, microwave etc so could have cooked if we’d have been staying longer. Really nice homely feel. Lots of shops nearby.
Didn’t realise the parking was on the next street rather than right outside but we managed to get a space. Only negative really was the toilet flush, once it was flushed we had to wait some time to be able to flush it again if either of us just used it.
