Everything about it was perfect. From the communication, to the key collection, to the property itself. Loads and loads of space, easy to control heating, every last bit of cutlery you could ever need for self-catering, a really warm and comfy bed and a great shower. Also a great location for the town centre and also for the railway station

Flat 1 was warm and clean, there was plenty of hot water and the bed was comfortable. Good location near station and town.
Very small bedroom and bathroom...have to sit slightly sideways on toilet and don't try to bend over in the shower! Quite a few things broken or worn...one light out in kitchen, temp numbers worn off oven control. We replaced the bulb in the bedroom as it was very dark.

Neighbour ( I think) putt a note on the wall to stop slamming doors. The doors are heavy and near on impossible to shut without them making a noise. The main door return may need looking at as that closes very quickly.
The mugs were bigger than buckets (LOL). I needed to hands to hold them. I had to go and buy a China cup.

Good location near town center, parking and harbor
Well designed , clean, pleasing environment
Interacting with property manager was not very efficient.
Heating system seemed erratic and manager was not able to explain the philosophy of the heating system. Why radiators would be cold and hot at odd times.
Bed mattress was very springy so when one person moves the other moves too

Fantastic location, very close to the station (5 minute walk) and rest of town. Fantastic independent Pub just opposite called the Lamp & Whistle, well worth a visit if you like places that stand out from the crowd and enjoy a wide selection of Beers and Spirits. The actual property we stayed in was fantastic. We had everything we could have wanted and more. The bed was very comfortable and also the sofa bed which my mum stayed on was very comfortable and she was very cosy and comfortable in the kitchen/lounge.for the three nights we were here. The Cooking facilities and washing facilities made our stay very easy. There was a full smart TV in the Lounge which offered direct connection to Netflix,Youtube and Prime etc. Let it be said that I have stayed in some very high-end hotels across the UK and Europe within my profession, that still in 2025 are not even managing to offer smart TV's, so this was a very welcome addition.
The property was clean, tidy, well layed out and exceeded our expectations in every way.

Overall we didn't dislike anything... The only slight thing I can mention is that the property was very, very warm. Even when we turned the heating down to off.. However, there are plenty of windows to let in fresh air, which is what we did. The fact that there are a number of apartment's fitted into the building do mean that it gets quite warm in there. But as aforementioned, open a window. Problem solved.

This was the worst apartment I have ever stayed in. Everything was terrible – dirty, broken, and in very poor condition. The mattresses were stained with urine and even blood, full of dents and extremely uncomfortable. The apartment is located right next to a busy street, and because of the old windows and poor insulation, it’s impossible to sleep due to the noise. The host was very rude and untidy, which explains why the apartment looks the way it does. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The apartment was lovely, perfect for us and our son. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfy and the shower very powerful.
The shower head had a leak and sprayed out water everywhere which made it hard to shower without washing hair. There were coat hooks but they were broken. The only room we would fault is the bathroom, the shower cubicle is small and damp near toilet.

We booked two apartments. Flat 1 was small in size but good for 3 people. Flat 3 was very nice . The location of the apartment is excellent nearest to the railway station and bus stand and local market. Enough pots and dishes available for cooking along with tea, coffee, sugar, milk pouches and 2 sparkling water bottles. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and handwash available in the bathroom. Enough towels available for a short stay.
In the flat 1 cloth drying rack is not sturdy and enough. The main door's handle required to be fixed as it was ready to come out. Ventilation was the biggest problem in both flats. I felt suffocated many times.

The property was very accessible to public transport such as buses and train. It is clean and looks very cozy. It is near to a pub but not too noisy.Beds are comfortable to sleep with and we love the large mirror in the bedroom.

The remote control of the TV is working slow . It will take a few seconds before the TV can pick up a command.

Renovated apartment, very close to the bus and train station. Shopping street, harbour and restaurants are nearby. Very good bed.
Flat number 1 is at ground level, just next to the street, which lead to quite some traffic noise. A few technical hiccups (Remote controller of the TV didn't work,...). But I'm sure the owner will arrange that soon enough.

We enjoyed the location and space of the property. There was room to move and relax. Handy to have the washing machine and airer for travellers. Nice French doors opening to a small balcony for fresh air.
The shower head was coming apart, from the fabulous water pressure possibly. The mattress is due for a change also. Way too soft and noisy. Could have used some pegs for the washing, but that’s a small thing.

There was a musty smell throughout the apartment and the public area.First impressions count
The hall area before you got to the apartment was badly maintained, and someone kept leaving the door off the latch, leaving it accessible to people who did not have any reason to be there, i.e., they did not have keys.
On entering the aforementioned smell was what greatest you. It is a lot smaller than the photos give the impression. The kitchen had all appliances mentioned but there was black mold behind the sink,the kick boards were.at various angles and the fridge was levelled using a piece of folded up cereal packet,not a good look. The radiator top in the lounge was orange with rust. The windows although double glazed do not give any sound insulation so much so that you could here every word of people's.conversation walking by the lounge and bedroom because in flat 1 that is where you are positioned on the ground floor facing the street. The windows also.had black mold.on in both the kitchen and bedroom. There were trailing wires in the bedroom from.the Internet router which was positioned on a padded box directly in the path to the hanging space for clothes and the side of the bed a space of less than a foot so the risk of someone tripping was high. You could not hang a dress on the rail provided and had to live out of suitcase in the lounge as there were only baskets to put jumpers ( the wicker had rough edges so you risked it pulling the threads in jumpers). There was a crochet/woven dog bed under the TV on the floor. I suggest removing this for guests who don't have a dog. There were gaps under every door within the property including the front door I am.talking about 1 to 2cm The bathroom is so small that to sit on the loo you have to manoeuvre around the basin.I am a size 20 and it was uncomfortable and awkward,if you were larger or pregnant this would be almost impossible . The same goes for the shower.

The bed was a little soft for me, and the view wasn't the greatest but it was great value and super convenient.

Good location, very close to the rail station and bus station
Several big smelly bag of garbage were found at the entrance. They weren’t cleared for the whole stay of 7 days despite the notification to the management.

Proximity to bus station. We were walking the SW Coast trail and this place was perfect for early starts on the bus and easy returns after a long day walking. Very easy walk to restaurants in town. We parked in the big car park for the week because parking on the street is too narrow.
Amenities were lacking. Not enough towels and not big enough towels. Two small towels for a week for two people, especially when having to shower off mud of the trail every day, is not good enough. And we had to buy sponges for the sinks because none were supplied, nor was there hand soap for the bathroom.

It was not suitable for a family of 3 adults. The double bed was uncomfortable and very small - not suitable for two people to sleep in. The sleeper couch in the tiny lounge area was also very small and not comfortable to sleep on. The apartment is on the ground level and night on the street. It is overpriced. We did not spend the night in the apartment. We found other accommodation.

Very good communication - swift and clear
I was worried about left luggage and debated booking another night so we could use to 9pm sleeper and rather than just taking my cash they suggested a few businesses that do left luggage.

The apartment was cosy, and everything you need is thought about.....
The bed was super duper comfy with lovely bedding. This apartment has lots of nice detail, cushions on the bed, and throw for the sofa, heating system on a hive so easy to understand and operate....

Great shower, plenty of hot water
I found the location fantastic but there was no parking the apartment is right on the bend of a main residential road, so I pulled up just by the side to unload my belongings, I then had to try to find somewhere to park in the dark, it took me ten minutes of driving around as I arrived after 7.00pm, All residential roads and the majority of Residents were obviously home, took me about 5/6 mins to walk back to the apartment and I did feel a little vulnerable walking back, so you ideally want to arrive before everyone gets home from work and then I imagine it would be easier, but personally I found this a little bit stressful 😀

Beautifully presented, modern and clean. Bed very comfortable with pristine 4 star hotel like bedding, spare blankets and towels available. Fantastic appliances in kitchenette all you need for self catering. Great location in centre of Penzance with access to train if needed and lovely St.Ives beaches only a 20-30 min drive away!

Very clean and decorated well.
The booking was made for two single beds, booking.com listed this property as a double bed and sofa bed. When we got there only linen for double bed and although we telephoned our contact, she said she wasn’t aware two beds would have to be made up and she would try and contact her cleaner.
Unfortunately this didn’t happen and my elderly friend had to wrap herself up in throws (not sure if clean) and use the double bed spare pillows.
No parking, double yellow lines all around. I am disabled and couldn’t park anywhere nearby.

Dirty flat, dirty towels, bed very small for two people and the second bed wasn’t even ready. Bathroom it’s covered in mould and the flat it’s quite humid
