Rated 8/10 due to -1 for location, and -1 for cleanliness Pretty hard to book grab back/forth from apartment to first world, even with premium options. Do book your coach ferry services in advance Apartment wasn’t that clean, probably water stains on the floor and table.

Comfy for family trip of 5 with a baby of 2 yr old. Though confusing at first from parking at different level using different lifts to apt, it was good to explore there's a restaurant on level 7 and a small cafe with an indoor pool in the next building. Didn't use the pool though. Love the water filter with instant access to hot and cold drinking water. Though it was misty for two days, the road was easily accessible to the Casino building and shopping with eateries & great that these were opened till very late. There's also a shuttle bus but we didn't use it as though Jammed, parking was still ok both at accomodation and main Casino building. Staff were very friendly, patient and helpful though there were queues of visitors like us during CNY

Internet very slow mo. Would help with some printer instructions for tv, fridge needs to be colder, some complimentary teabags on arrival would help with a cold night. There's no wine glasses (lol not sure if this is M'sia standard of no alcohol drinks allowed), bring your own. Otherwise , all good
